Consulting as a Service
The Expertise You Need. When You Need It.
Ongoing access to experienced CX, cloud, Amazon Connect, software engineering, and AI specialists — without a new project engagement for every request.
- Advisory
- Engineering
- Enterprise
Three engagement levels
Pick the level that matches how you want to work with us. Moving between them is straightforward as your needs change.
Advisory
For leadership, architecture, planning, and review. Strategy sessions, architecture and best-practice reviews, technology evaluation, cost reviews, and roadmap guidance.
Engineering
For ongoing technical execution. Amazon Connect changes, application development, integrations, automation, AI-agent work, reporting, and optimization.
Enterprise
For organizations that want PointCaaS as an extension of their technology team: dedicated expertise, backlog ownership, architecture, engineering, managed optimization, product and AI development, and executive advisory.
Why teams choose CaaS
The model exists because the traditional alternative — a statement of work for every question — is slow, expensive, and discourages asking.
- Predictable monthly engagement
- Access to senior expertise on demand
- Faster time to value
- Flexible engineering capacity
- Continuity of context between requests
- Ongoing optimization rather than one-off projects
- Reduced need for specialized internal hiring
- A single partner across CX, cloud, and AI
How it works
- 1
Agree the level
We scope which engagement level fits, what capacity you need, and which areas we will cover.
- 2
Establish the backlog
Requests, priorities, and standing responsibilities go into a shared backlog you control.
- 3
Deliver continuously
Work moves in a regular cadence with visible progress — not a proposal cycle for each item.
- 4
Review and adjust
Regular reviews of what was delivered, what is next, and whether the level still fits.
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
Our commercial model is being finalized and we are not publishing pricing yet. Get in touch and we will walk you through the engagement levels and what each would look like for your situation.
How is this different from a staff augmentation contract?
Staff augmentation gives you hands. CaaS gives you a team that carries context: the same people who reviewed your architecture are the ones making changes to it, and the advisory and engineering work inform each other rather than sitting in separate contracts.
Can we change levels?
Yes. Organizations frequently start at Advisory during a planning phase and move to Engineering once delivery begins. The review cadence exists partly to catch when the level no longer fits.
