CX and Contact Center Strategy That Survives Contact With Reality
We assess where your customer experience is today, design where it needs to go, and produce a roadmap your teams can actually execute — with the architecture, operating model, and business case to back it up.

Strategy work that produces decisions, not slideware
Every engagement ends with something concrete: a decision made, an architecture agreed, or a roadmap funded.
Current-State Assessment
We map your channels, platforms, integrations, routing, reporting, and operating model — then show you where cost, effort, and customer friction actually accumulate.
Platform & Vendor Evaluation
Structured evaluation against your real requirements rather than a feature checklist, including total cost of ownership and the migration effort each option implies.
Target Architecture
A cloud contact center architecture covering telephony, routing, data, integrations, security, and AI — designed to be built incrementally rather than in one risky cutover.
Customer Journey Design
Journey mapping across voice, chat, messaging, and self-service that identifies which contacts should be deflected, automated, assisted, or escalated.
AI Strategy
A grounded view of where AI creates value in your operation, what data and guardrails it requires, and the sequence to adopt it without eroding customer trust.
Roadmap & Business Case
A phased implementation roadmap with dependencies, resourcing, and a cost and ROI model your finance team can interrogate.

How a strategy engagement runs
- 1
Discover
Stakeholder interviews, platform review, data and reporting review, and a look at how work actually flows today.
- 2
Analyze
We pressure-test the findings, quantify the opportunity, and separate the constraints that are real from the ones that are habit.
- 3
Design
Target architecture, journey design, operating model, and the AI and automation plan — reviewed with your teams, not delivered to them.
- 4
Plan
A sequenced roadmap with effort, dependencies, risks, and a business case ready for approval.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a typical strategy engagement take?
It depends on the size of the estate and how many stakeholders are involved. A focused assessment of a single contact center is considerably shorter than a multi-region, multi-platform review. We scope the engagement after an initial conversation so the timeline reflects your environment rather than a template.
Do you only recommend Amazon Connect?
No. Amazon Connect is an area of deep expertise for us, and it is frequently the right answer — but a strategy engagement that can only ever reach one conclusion is not a strategy engagement. We evaluate against your requirements and tell you what we actually find.
Can you work alongside our internal architecture team?
Yes, and that is usually the better outcome. We work as part of your team, transfer the reasoning behind every recommendation, and leave your people able to defend and extend the design after we finish.
