Why PointCaaS
Operators. Not Career Consultants.
Most organizations end up with a strategy firm, a systems integrator, and an AI vendor who have never spoken to each other. PointCaaS does all three from one senior team — which means the recommendation and the implementation cannot drift apart, and the person accountable has carried this accountability before.
What makes the difference
Operator Experience
The firm is led by people who ran transformation inside Fortune 500 enterprises — commissioned the consultancies, governed the integrators, owned the outcomes. Advice comes from the client side of the table.
Senior Access
The people who advise you are the people who build — and senior leadership stays in the engagement. No leverage pyramid, no bait-and-switch to a bench.
Vendor-Neutral Judgment
We are not a reseller and carry no quota. Amazon Connect is a deep specialty, but a recommendation that can only ever reach one conclusion is not a recommendation.
Deep Amazon Connect Expertise
We architect, build, migrate, and operate Amazon Connect in production — including the instances other people built that are not performing.
End-to-End Capability
Assessment through architecture, build, migration, AI, and ongoing optimization. No handoff between firms at the point where handoffs go wrong.
CX + Engineering + AI
Customer experience design, platform engineering, and applied AI in one team, so a journey decision and an architecture decision get made together.
Product Mindset
We build contact center capability the way a product team builds software: iteratively, instrumented, and with someone accountable for whether it works.
AI-First, Not AI-Only
We look for where AI genuinely improves the outcome — and we are equally willing to tell you when a rule, an integration, or a process change is the better answer.
Flexible Engagement
Project work, managed services, or Consulting as a Service. The commercial model should fit how you work, not the other way around.
How the PointCaaS model differs
Not a criticism of strategy firms, integrators, vendors, or staffing companies — a description of a structural difference in how the work is organized.
- Versus large strategy firms: our strategy work ends in an executable architecture and a funded roadmap — and the same team stays to build it
- Versus systems integrators: we start from your problem and business case, not from a predetermined platform or a resale margin
- Versus technology vendors: our judgment is not attached to a product we need you to buy
- Versus staffing firms: you engage a senior team that carries context and accountability, not hands on a rate card
- One partner from strategy through to production, not a chain of vendors
- The people who advise you are the people who build
- Specialized in CX and Amazon Connect rather than generalists
- AI engineered for production, not demonstrated in a pilot
- Infrastructure as code, so environments are reproducible
- Measurement built in from the start, not retrofitted
- Transparent about scope, effort, and what we do not know
- Documentation and handover treated as deliverables, not afterthoughts
Frequently asked questions
Are you an AWS-only firm?
Amazon Connect and AWS are where our deepest platform expertise sits, and much of our work runs there. But we are a customer experience and engineering firm, not a reseller for one cloud. Where a different technology is the right answer for your situation, we will design around it.
How large an engagement do you take on?
They range from a short assessment to a continuing partnership across a multi-region estate. Consulting as a Service exists specifically so smaller, ongoing needs do not require a full project engagement each time.
What if we already have a partner?
That is common, and we frequently work alongside existing partners and internal teams. Where we add most value is often the specialist depth — Amazon Connect architecture, AI engineering, or migration design — rather than replacing anyone.
